COLOR CHARGES: Add 25% to all color ads.
OTHER CHARGES SPECIAL POSITIONS: Requests for special positions not stated on the rate card are subject to a surcharge. A 10% charge will be applied to B/W rate of ads opposite guaranteed positions or guaranteed Right or Left Hand Pages. All special position requests are subject to availability.
INSERTS: Special inserts maintain identical display rates as specified herein. Pre-printed inserts furnished to our mechanical specifications will be priced at black & white page rates plus a regular bind-in charge of $415 and position charges. This is subject to change depending on complexity of insert. Advertiser must supply publisher with a dummy 7 working days prior to publication to insure that charges are quoted properly.
ODD-SIZED ADS: Ads which do not meet the size requirements as stated on the rate card will be billed at the rate of the next smallest display ad plus $105 per vertical column inch.
MULTIPLE DISCOUNTS: Advertising space purchased to run within the same issue qualifies for the following discounts: 1X=2%, 2X = 4%, 3X = 5%, 4X = 6%.
INFO STATION BOX: $210 per 2 Column Inch Box.
